Build a solution for the US Airforce to gather, track, evaluate and rank military assets as well as provide a solution to reposition current and future assets for future force placement. |

.CONNECT was brought into this project after the previous contractors were unable to help the Airforce achieve its goals. We quickly identified current problems in the program, communicated with the client on potential solution plans and plan of action. Within 2 months, .CONNECT received its first accolade with an extension of the contract. With deadline quickly approaching, .CONNECT built an 'A lacarte' visual interface enabling the Air Force Generals to quickly make decisions based on their ever changing needs. Program was extremely flexible to allow for multiple scenarios of the same constant to be evaluated from multiple angles. |

* With only 10% of the programming man power of other military branches, we were able to accomplish and exceed goal set

Build a system to track nationwide immigration issues, cases, judges and immigrants Client : U.S DOJ / Department of Homeland Security |
| Solution: |
.CONNECT quickly assimilated into the existing team, learned and understood the data structure as well as growth and implementation plans. Wrote a series of Engineer Change Reports (ECP) pushing change in some of the technical aspect of the code. Currently working on a immigrant case management system to track, manage and execute decisions on immigrants coming to the United States.

Task: Build a system to track and manage all assets nationwide using existing facilities and build a solution to allow potential customers to view, monitor and purchase assets across various government vendors.

Client was still using legacy main frame systems to collect and store data. .CONNECT quickly made recommendations to invest in systems which will be integrated into the legacy systems to complement the advantages of the legacy systems and eliminating disadvantages. Understood the data gathering process nationwide and then built a solution which collects nationwide data, cleans and processes these data and then presents to the customer. Built integration tools allowing outside vendors e.g. Autotrader, Ebay Motors to taps into the government database, push or pull data to them where they execute online sales. System smart enough to coordinate online sales with real physical Auction sales. |
